I created this image in the Fall of 1983, using my trusty 4x5 view camera. First opened on November 17, 1928 as the "Boston Madison Square Garden". Soon afterwords, the name was shortened to just Boston Garden. The Garden was open for business from 1928 - 1995. It was demolished in 1998, three years after the completion of what is now known as TD Garden.
